The IBCA Bylaws were updated at the November 1, 2017 Executive Board of Directors meeting and are being posted here for public view in accordance with the IBCA Bylaws. These bylaws may also be amended at the Annual Business Meeting upon proposed recommendations from the membership. Proposed Amendments must be supported by two-thirds (2/3) of the members present and voting to be adopted.
