Each month, the appropriate reporting form is required for participation in the Beef Checkoff Program. The report and assessments must be remitted by the fifteenth day of the month following the month in which the cattle were marketed. Late payments are subject to a 2% per month late payment charge.
The forms should be completed and sent with the remittance to:
